Can you separate our laundry by family member?
Yes — if you bag your laundry separately (one bag per person, for example), we’ll keep those bags together and return them the same way. We don’t open bags to sort individual garments by size or owner, so however you pack it is how it’ll come back.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. Just leave your bagged laundry in the agreed-upon spot at your scheduled time, and we’ll handle the rest. The same goes for delivery — your clean laundry will be dropped back off, folded and ready.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled securely online through your account — no cash, no hassle. Membership plans are billed automatically each month; standard orders are charged per pickup.
Do you have a store I can walk into?
No — Aqua Fresh is pickup and delivery only. We collect your laundry from your door and bring it back clean and folded, so there’s no trip to make and no machine to wait on.
Which towns do you serve?
West Chester, Westtown, Malvern, Downingtown, Glen Mills, Chester Springs, Berwyn, Devon, Chadds Ford, Newtown Square, Exton, Glenmoore, Coatesville, Phoenixville, Paoli, Wayne and Kennett Square.

How do I set up my first pickup?
Call us at 610-609 AQUA (2782), send a message through the contact page, or book online in under a minute. Tell us where you are and roughly how much you have, and we’ll take it from there.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is free. Pickup and drop-off are both included — you’re paying for the laundry, not the trip.
Will my laundry get mixed with someone else’s?
Never. Every order is washed on its own, start to finish, then inspected and neatly folded before it comes back to you. Your laundry only ever shares a machine with your own.
How should I have my laundry ready?
Bag it up and have it by the door at your pickup time. There’s no sorting to do on your end — that part is our job.
What equipment do you use?
Professional Huebsch machines. Commercial-grade equipment is what lets us run every order separately instead of combining households to save a cycle.
How much does wash and fold cost?
Standard wash & fold is $2.75 per pound with a $45 minimum order. Fresh Club memberships are $89, $159 or $249 per month. Compare the memberships, included pounds and rush pricing.
