Aqua Fresh Wash & Fold, LLC ("Aqua Fresh," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and our wash & fold and pickup & delivery services, how we use it, and the choices you have.   • Contact information: name, home address, email address, and phone number.
  • Order and account information: order history, laundry weights, special care instructions, and Fresh Club membership status.
  • Pickup and delivery details: access instructions you provide, such as gate codes, building entry information, or where to leave laundry.
  • Payment information: payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. Aqua Fresh staff do not see or store your full card information.
  • Order photographs: photos of each order taken when it is received, before washing (see Section 3).
  • Website information: basic technical data, such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies or similar tools to keep our website working and improve it.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Schedule pickups and deliveries, and process and complete your orders
  • Charge for services and manage Fresh Club memberships
  • Send order updates, receipts, and account notices by email
  • Contact you by phone about payment or order issues
  • Respond to questions, concerns, and claims
  • Send promotional emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
  • Improve our services and website, and comply with legal obligations

3. Order Photographs

We photograph each order when it is received and before it is washed, to document its condition and support quality control. These photos are used only for order documentation, quality control, and reviewing claims. They will never be used for social media, advertising, marketing, or any other purpose. Order photos are kept for 30 days after delivery, or longer if needed to resolve an open claim or dispute, and then deleted.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers that help us operate, such as our payment processor, email service, and website or scheduling platform. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or staff.
  • Business transfers, if Aqua Fresh is sold, merged, or transferred.

5. Data Retention & Security

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, including limiting access to our staff and service providers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

6. Your Choices

You may review or update your account information at any time. You may ask us to delete your account and personal information by emailing info@aquafreshlaundry.com; we may keep certain records where required by law. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in any promotional email.
